Required Documentation

The following documents will be required for your arbitration claim to be completed:

  • Copy of current registration statement of vehicle
  • Copy of proof of payment/receipt
  • Copy of any claim denial documents from ESE Carbon

You will have the opportunity to upload these documents at the end of this eClaim submission process or you can provide them to a Case Administrator at a later date.

NOTE:  Although you can submit your claim without uploading all the required documentation, the eligibility of your claim cannot be determined by NCDS until all the required documentation has been received.
